Job summary

PA Consulting Group is seeking a Microsoft 365 & AI Specialist to help our people work more effectively using Microsoft 365, Copilot, agents and emerging AI technologies. Based in the UK with hybrid working, you will engage stakeholders, understand business problems and turn ideas into practical solutions, while driving adoption and continuous improvement across Microsoft 365 services.

You will operate across Copilot, SharePoint, Teams and Power Platform, delivering hands-on work and advisory

Qualifications

• Growing expertise in Microsoft 365, Copilot, AI-enabled work or related digital workplace tech.
• Ability to work independently, manage complex tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Practical problem-solving to turn ambiguous needs into usable solutions.
• Experience contributing to pilots, change initiatives or service improvements.

Responsibilities

• Engage stakeholders to identify opportunities and design practical Microsoft 365/AI solutions.
• Run discovery activities to clarify requirements, outcomes, constraints and risks.
• Build agents, workflows and low-code solutions with owners and specialists.
• Translate requirements into designs, user stories and implementation plans.
• Drive adoption through demonstrations, training and user guidance across the organization.
• Support pilots, testing and follow-up actions with success metrics.
