QBE is seeking a Digital Insights Specialist in London, a hybrid role within our Digital Marketing team. You will own digital measurement, insight and optimisation across web, email, social, paid media and SEO, turning data into actionable intelligence to improve performance and customer experience.

Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, you will partner with marketing, technology and external partners to ensure robust data, testing capabilities and data governance, using AI and automation

Qualifications

• Experience in digital analytics and marketing data across multiple digital channels.
• Strong ability to translate data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Experience with experimentation, testing programmes and data-driven decision making.

Responsabilités

• Own measurement and analysis across digital marketing channels including web, email, social, paid media and SEO.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and KPI measures to provide a consistent view of performance.
• Lead testing, experimentation and optimisation programmes to drive continuous improvement and learning.
• Collaborate with marketing, technology and external agencies to ensure accurate tracking and measurement.
