Job summary

Harnham in the United Kingdom is seeking a Digital Analyst on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role is hybrid with 2 days per week in Manchester, focused on turning digital data into actionable insights to drive product and marketing decisions.

You will work across GA4, GTM, dashboards in Looker Studio or Power BI, and collaborate with multiple teams to optimise customer journeys and measurement. Salary £45,000–£52,000, plus development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience using Google Analytics 4.
• Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager, including tags, triggers, custom variables and data layers.
• Experience creating dashboards and communicating insights through visual reporting tools such as Looker Studio or Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to learning and development.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and collaborate effectively across multiple teams.
• Experience presenting recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• SQL and BigQuery experience would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Delivering web and app analysis to support digital product development and marketing initiatives.
• Working across multiple data sources to identify opportunities, challenges and areas for optimisation.
• Providing actionable insights and recommendations to influence product roadmaps and business priorities.
• Supporting stakeholder decision making through reporting, dashboards and data visualisation.
• Managing and maintaining tracking implementations within Google Tag Manager.
• Supporting the ongoing development and governance of Google Analytics environments.
• Identifying and resolving data quality and tagging issues in collaboration with technical and analytics teams.
• Contributing to experimentation, testing strategies and performance measurement across digital products.
