Job summary

Universal Live Ltd., based in West Yorkshire, is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager for a hybrid role with regular travel to our Head Office in Keighley and to event venues across the UK. You will own corporate event projects from brief through on-site delivery, often partnering with event agencies and production companies.

You will manage quotations, budgets and timelines, produce CAD visuals with our media team, and coordinate with logistics, warehouse and client teams to ensure

• Experience managing technical production for corporate live events.
• Ability to prepare quotations, budgets and schedules.
• Proven ability to work with event agencies or production companies.
• Strong knowledge of CAD software (Vectorworks).

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of corporate live events from brief to on-site execution.
• Coordinate with logistics, warehouse and media teams for each event.
• Attend client meetings and site visits; develop creative technical solutions.
• Prepare and manage quotations, schedules and budgets.
