Job summary

VodafoneThree in Stoke-on-Trent is hiring for a Full-time Contact Centre role. After training, you will work 50% in the Stoke Contact Centre and 50% from home, including late shifts. Expect a base salary of £26,907 with uncapped commission and on-target earnings. Join a supportive team focusing on customer experience and sales targets.

Start date is 2nd November; you will be part of a modern, award-winning centre with opportunities to grow and develop within a rapidly expanding network.

Responsibilities

• You will start in our training academy with in-depth sales and customer service training.
• You will handle live online chats to advise customers on broadband, phones and SIMs.
• You will aim to meet sales targets while providing ethical, accurate information.
• You will use the TRUST framework to understand and resolve customer issues and set expectations.
