Qualifications

• Live Chat and Sales experience are preferred.
• You will be trained in VodafoneThree's TRUST framework to deliver excellent customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Take live online chats from customers and provide product recommendations.
• Guide customers on VodafoneThree deals, phones or SIMs and help them make informed choices.
• Aim to meet sales targets while maintaining high ethical standards and accurate information.
