Job summary

VodafoneThree in Stoke-on-Trent is recruiting a customer-focused sales adviser for our contact centre. You’ll take incoming calls, learn our TRUST framework and help customers choose the best broadband, phone or SIM deals.

You’ll start in the training academy, work toward clear targets, and have the opportunity to earn uncapped commission. The role offers a basic salary of £26,907 per year plus benefits and progression within VodafoneThree.

Qualifications

• You enjoy speaking to people over the phone and providing an excellent customer experience.
• You are motivated by being set and achieving clear targets.
• You will be resilient, able to deal with minor setbacks and stay motivated for your next customer.
• Sales experience is useful, but not essential, as we will help you develop these skills through our training academy and on-the-job coaching.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls from new and existing customers about products and services.
• Participate in training academy and learn VodafoneThree’s TRUST framework.
• Deliver excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
