You will help staff and postgraduate students discover and access resources, ensuring content is discoverable across our catalogue and systems, including receipting book orders and handling interlibrary loan requests, theses, and reports.

Qualifications

• Assist with a range of library back-office functions.
• Receipting of book orders and handling interlibrary loan requests, theses and reports.
• Staff Welcome Desk and respond to enquiries in person and online.

Responsibilities

• Support discovery of resources across the library catalogue and systems.
• Maintain accessibility of content for staff and postgraduate students.
• Work in a hybrid setup with on-site presence when needed and remote work where possible.
