Job summary

DGH Recruitment Limited is assisting a global Law Firm in Nottingham to recruit a Product Specialist focused on Legal Technology. The role blends technology and law to enhance productivity for lawyers, business teams and clients, with hybrid working 2-3 days in the office.

You’ll manage a portfolio of legal technology products, drive adoption, and work with stakeholders to translate requirements into practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of the Productivity Solutions strategy.
• Become the go-to expert for a portfolio of legal technology products.
• Drive user engagement, adoption, and best practice usage across the business.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop effective solutions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency.
• Act as an escalation point for complex product issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Support product maintenance, upgrades, integrations, and ongoing enhancements.
• Design, test, and implement technology solutions that improve lawyer productivity and client experience.
• Deliver training, coaching, and awareness initiatives across practice groups.
• Develop proof-of-concept solutions and explore new product opportunities.
• Apply Agile methodologies and technology best practices to support successful product delivery.
