Job summary

Trinity Estates is seeking a Resales Administrator to support leasehold sales and purchases across managed developments. You will prepare information packs, respond to pre‑sale enquiries and coordinate information from internal teams and solicitors.

Working from Hemel Hempstead, you’ll build accurate case records and keep customers informed to minimise delays. The role starts office-based with six months of hands‑on training, then moves to a hybrid pattern with two days in the office.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management, conveyancing admin or estate agency support.
• Familiar with leasehold sales processes and related documents.
• Experience with case management systems and common office software.

Responsibilities

• Issuing information packs and responding to pre‑sale enquiries.
• Processing assignments, consents and deeds; updating owner records.
• Raising invoices, apportionments and reconciling fees at completion.
• Managing a shared inbox and tracking cases to SLA.
• Coordinating with solicitors, agents and residents for status updates.
• Maintaining auditable, compliant case files.
