Unity Resourcing Ltd is recruiting a Sales Administrator for a growing Thirsk business. This entry-level role offers hybrid working (Mon-Fri) with a £25,000 basic salary plus commission and full training.

You will process enquiries, prepare quotes, maintain customer records and support the sales team. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, is organised and keen to learn and develop a long-term career in sales.

Responsibilities

• Process customer enquiries and orders
• Prepare quotations and sales documentation
• Maintain and update customer records
• Upsell and cross-sell at renewal to increase value
• Support the sales team with day-to-day administration
• Liaise with customers via phone and email
• Ensure information is entered accurately onto internal systems
• Provide excellent customer service and support
