Job summary

InspireU Grantham is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to help learners aged 16 to 24 overcome barriers and build confidence through Maths, English and Preparing for Adulthood activities. You will support students 1:1 or in small groups, encouraging practice and applying learning to real-life contexts.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting learners aged 16–24 in educational settings.
• Ability to help manage behaviour and keep learners engaged in lessons.
• Experience delivering support in 1:1 or small group tutorials.

Responsibilities

• Work with learners on a 1:1 basis or in small groups.
• Encourage learning and help students apply new knowledge to everyday tasks.
• Assist with behaviour management and keeping learners engaged during lessons.
