InspireU, operating within Lincolnshire County Council, is seeking a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to support learners aged 16–24. The role involves 1:1 and small-group support, behaviour management, and helping learners apply new knowledge in practical contexts at the Grantham site.

You will participate in training and development, with a focus on Ready, Respectful and Safe learner ethos and comprehensive record-keeping. Hybrid working and visa sponsorship considerations apply.

Competenze

• Experience in teaching or supporting learners would be advantageous.
• Good organisation and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Effective communication with learners and adults.

Mansioni

• Assist learners individually and in small groups to engage with lessons.
• Support learners in managing behaviour and staying focused in class.
