Job summary

InspireU is hiring a Learning Support Assistant to support learners aged 16–24 across Maths, English and Preparing for Adulthood. The role is 32 hours per week on a permanent contract, split between InspireU Boston and Spalding.

You will work 1:1 or in small groups, help manage behaviour, and keep accurate records while supporting learners to realise their potential in a smaller learning environment.

• Demonstrates enthusiasm for helping learners.
• Pro-active, flexible and able to adapt to changing needs.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and support learners.

Responsibilities

• Support learners 1:1 or in small groups in Maths, English and Preparing for Adulthood.
• Assist with behaviour management and engagement in lessons.
• Work across Boston and Spalding sites as part of a small team.
• Help learners apply theory to practice and track progress.
