Job summary

Qualifications
- Experience supporting children with SEND/SEMH needs.
- Experience with EBSA.
- Understanding of behaviour management and trauma-informed practices.
- Inclusive, empathetic, and solution-focused mindset.
- Ability to work as part of a team and build strong relationships.
- Basic knowledge of safeguarding and the National Curriculum.
- Proficiency with ICT to support learning.
Responsibilities
