Securitas in Milton Keynes is seeking a Learning & Development Operations Manager to lead governance, systems, and reporting that underpin learning across the UK. The role drives compliance, risk management, and continuous improvement while shaping organisational capability for the future.

You'll oversee learning operations, LMS, and learning technology, delivering insights to senior leaders and ensuring audit readiness. A prerequisite IQA qualification or Level 5 assessor capability is required.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Learning Operations or Governance.
• Experience managing LMS.
• Understanding of compliance in regulated environments.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Experience leading operational teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management.
• IQA qualification or Level 5 assessor capability.
• Experience implementing learning technology solutions.
• Power BI or advanced reporting capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead UK Learning Governance & Compliance Framework.
• Own LMS and learning technology roadmap.
• Develop executive dashboards and compliance reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement and service quality.
• Provide regular compliance updates to senior leaders.
• Lead the Learning Operations & Compliance team.
• Collaborate with training providers and accreditation partners.
