Securitas UK is hiring a Learning Operations & Compliance Manager in Milton Keynes. This hybrid role combines governance, systems and reporting to underpin learning across the organisation.

You will lead compliance, assurance and LMS strategy to enable senior leadership to manage risk and drive capability. The role requires an IQA qualification or equivalent, strong analytics and Power BI skills, and experience building scalable learning solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Learning Operations, Governance or Compliance.
• Own and manage Learning Management System (LMS).
• Strong understanding of regulatory/compliance in learning.
• Excellent analytics and reporting skills.
• Proven experience leading operational teams.
• Outstanding stakeholder management and influencing abilities.
• Must have IQA qualification or equivalent with Level 5 assessment capability.
• Experience implementing learning technology solutions.
• Power BI or advanced reporting capability.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop UK Learning Governance and Compliance Framework.
• Act as SME for learning compliance and assurance.
• Maintain mandatory, regulatory and role-specific training requirements.
• Lead audit readiness and compliance assurance activities.
• Identify and mitigate learning-related risks.
• Provide regular compliance updates to senior leaders.
• Lead national Learning Operations function.
• Drive operational excellence and service quality.
• Develop partnerships with providers and accreditation bodies.
• Own LMS and technology roadmap.
• Drive automation and digital transformation.
• Develop executive dashboards and reporting.
• Deliver insights for workforce planning and decision-making.
• Lead, coach and develop the team.
• Influence stakeholders to champion compliance.
