Job summary

Warner Hotels is seeking a Learning Manager to lead the learning and development agenda, translating people priorities into practical programmes that enhance capability and performance. This standalone role reports to Head of Talent and balances design, delivery and operations.

You will work 3 days a week at our Hemel Hempstead Hub or our hotels and 2 days a week at home, building strong stakeholder relationships and driving activity at pace with minimal direction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Learning & Development, Learning Manager, Capability or Talent Development roles.
• Experience designing, developing and delivering learning programmes from concept through to implementation.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capability.
• Experience using digital learning platforms and virtual delivery methods.
• Excellent communication, planning and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a broad workload.
• Strong problem-solving with a practical, solutions-focused approach.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality outcomes at pace.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Warner Hotels' learning and development agenda and translate priorities into practical programmes.
• Manage day-to-day learning operations and drive continuous improvement of learning initiatives.
• Design, facilitate and deliver learning solutions with stakeholders across the business.
• Build strong relationships and ensure learning activity is implemented effectively and at pace.
• Balance multiple priorities with minimal direction and ownership of outcomes.
