Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Senior Tendering Team Leader for Production Control Systems. You will lead a small team of tendering professionals, shaping commercial bids, and aligning technical proposals with business strategy across global opportunities.

You will collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Product Management and Supply Chain to ensure customer requirements drive viable solutions, while driving process improvements and performance metrics in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• Significant PCS experience, preferably in Tendering, Applications Engineering, Commercial Operations, Product Management, or Engineering.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to balance customer requirements, technical solutions, and business objectives.
• Proven experience leading small, highly efficient teams and developing people.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of tendering professionals to achieve objectives.
• Manage workload, priorities and resource allocation across tendering activities.
• Develop and execute tendering strategies aligned with growth objectives.
• Drive preparation, review and submission of high-quality technical and commercial proposals.
• Provide technical and commercial guidance for complex customer opportunities.
• Interface between Commercial, Sales, Engineering, Product Management, Supply Chain and Operations.
