Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Senior Tendering Team Leader for Production Control Systems in the UK. You will lead a cross-functional team, shaping commercial opportunities and developing competitive proposals.

The role combines technical and leadership responsibilities to drive tendering excellence and growth across PCS products. You will collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Product Management and Operations to translate customer needs into technically sound, commercially viable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
• Significant experience within Production Control Systems (PCS).
• Strong commercial awareness balancing customer requirements, technical solutions and business objectives.
• Experience leading small teams and developing people.
• Stakeholder management across organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of tendering professionals to achieve objectives.
• Develop and execute tendering strategies aligned with growth.
• Guide preparation, review and submission of technical and commercial proposals.
• Provide technical and commercial guidance for complex opportunities.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Sales, Engineering, Product Management and Supply Chain.
• Ensure proposals align with customer requirements and governance processes.
• Support pricing strategies, risk reviews and profitability assessments.
