Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Senior Application Engineer to shape both tendering (ITO) and project execution for Subsea Production Control Systems. You will lead engineering contributions to EPC tenders, work with Product Owners, Commercial teams and customers to craft technically robust and commercially competitive proposals.

After award, you may move into project execution, guiding design, integration, verification, testing and delivery of subsea control solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Marine Engineering, or related discipline.
• Significant experience with Subsea Production Control Systems.
• Experience supporting subsea projects through tendering, design, or project execution.
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead PCS engineering contribution for EPC tender opportunities.
• Develop competitive technical and commercial offerings.
• Support design, integration, verification, and FAT during project execution.
• Apply systems engineering methodologies across the lifecycle.
• Mentor engineering teams and drive technical excellence.
