Job summary

Clarion Housing Group is seeking a senior hands-on Dynamics 365 Field Service specialist to lead complex builds, resolve production issues, and raise technical standards across the team. You will work with C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, plugins, and RESTful Web APIs, collaborating with the Field Service Architect to deliver robust, scalable solutions.

The role emphasizes hands-on delivery and coaching, with responsibility for two Technical Consultants.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building and supporting Dynamics 365 Field Service solutions in a production environment.
• Strong knowledge of Power Platform and Dataverse for Field Service design and build decisions.
• Experience leading or mentoring junior technical staff and managing a small team of consultants.

Responsibilities

• Lead on complex builds for Dynamics 365 Field Service and related components.
• Support resolution of difficult production issues and set engineering standards.
• Coach two Technical Consultants to grow and maintain high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate with the Dynamics Field Service Architect to translate designs into robust solutions.
