Job summary

CPS Group is assisting a leading global Financial Services organisation in London to hire an experienced Senior Dynamics 365 CRM Developer. You will lead development across a heavily customised Dynamics 365 environment and drive integrations with Azure and the broader Microsoft ecosystem.

Key skills include Dynamics 365 CRM, CRM development, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Microsoft AI. Experience with customer service, field service and sales modules is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Dynamics CRM Developer role.
• Knowledge of Customer Service, Field Service & Sales modules preferred.
• Experience with workflows, business processes, plug-ins and web resources.
• Proficiency with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Microsoft AI.
