Job summary

Clarion Housing Group is seeking a Head of Dynamics for a 12-month fixed-term contract. This hybrid role spans England, with base locations across the region, and occasional travel to London and Norwich as required.

You will own the Dynamics strategy, govern investment, and manage senior relationships with Microsoft and partners, reporting to the Director of Technology Solutions and Experience.

Qualifications

• Led a sizeable function at Head of Service level or above.
• Proven track record developing senior managers and high-performing teams.
• Designed and embedded operating models and governance for multi-team functions.
• Ability to take a portfolio view of a complex estate and allocate investment.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy for the Dynamics estate and cross-team alignment.
• Govern investment, governance, and delivery across the platform.
• Maintain senior relationships with Microsoft and delivery partners.
• Coach and develop three team leaders to raise the overall function’s performance.
