Job summary

SR2 - Socially Responsible Recruitment is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics Developer for a contract role with hybrid, Manchester-based work. You will join a client-facing delivery team within a major financial services transformation, building and configuring Dynamics solutions to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience developing on Microsoft Dynamics 365, esp. Customer Service/Customer Engagement.
• Strong knowledge of Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Experience in a client-facing consulting environment and call centre context.
• Financial services sector experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Designing, developing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics solutions to support the call centre and customer service function
• Working closely with the call centre team to understand how they operate and translating that into practical improvements
• Building customisations, workflows and integrations that streamline service delivery and improve the customer journey
• Collaborating with the consulting delivery team, business analysts and client stakeholders to turn requirements into working solutions
• Supporting testing, release and ongoing refinement as the transformation progresses
