Context Recruitment Limited is working with a leading Construction Engineering firm in London to recruit an experienced Lead Business Analyst for driving analysis across transformation programmes. You will work with business stakeholders, project teams and technology specialists to translate requirements into valuable solutions.

The role covers digital transformation, enterprise systems, AI, cyber security and business change initiatives, with a hybrid London setup (4 days onsite initially,

Qualifications

• Essential BA qualifications: BCS, IIBA or equivalent; Lean Six Sigma.
• Desirable certifications: AgileBA/AgilePM/Scrum/SAFe; PRINCE2; Change Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis activities across multiple projects and programmes.
• Gather, analyse and document business requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Identify opportunities to improve, standardise and automate business processes.
• Support the delivery of digital transformation and technology change initiatives.
• Work with technical teams to define and evaluate solution options.
• Support testing, business readiness and user adoption activities.
• Provide guidance and best practice to Business Analysts across the organisation.
