Job summary

Auxilion is seeking an ASC Infrastructure Engineer in the United Kingdom to provide remote monitoring and level 2 support for core systems. The role is hybrid with a minimum of 3 days in the office, Monday to Friday 09:00–17:30.

You will manage Azure infrastructure and VMware, Active Directory, O365, certificates and licensing, web servers, NetScaler and Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop, Fortinet firewalls, and data protection with Commvault/backup tools. Incident resolution will follow defined SLAs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Second Line Engineer or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of O365, Exchange, Azure, Active Directory.
• Azure fundamentals or Azure Administration certifications preferred.
• Knowledge of Certificate Management and License Management.
• Experience maintaining web servers and proxies.
• Experience administering Fortinet firewalls and Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote monitoring and L2 support for core systems.
• Support and maintain Azure infrastructure, including VMs on Azure and VMware.
• Manage and troubleshoot Active Directory issues and group policies.
• Administer O365 and troubleshoot MFA, conditional access, email, and SharePoint issues.
• Administer certificates, licenses, and ensure licensing compliance.
• Support and maintain web servers, NetScaler LBs and gateways.
• Provide Citrix support for virtual desktops and use Citrix Director for monitoring.
• Administer Fortinet firewalls and ensure network security.
• Incident resolution and monitoring of the supported estate per SLAs.
