Job summary

OneAdvanced in the United Kingdom is seeking a hands-on Infrastructure professional to design and deliver datacentre and Azure solutions for hybrid environments. You will work with pre-sales, architects, and operations to ensure secure, resilient infrastructure across Windows Server, virtualization, storage, networking, and identity workloads.

The role focuses on migrating server estates to Azure, implementing backup and disaster recovery, and using PowerShell and Terraform to drive automation,

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering infrastructure solutions in consultancy, managed service, or enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server and AD DS, DNS, DHCP, certificate services, and storage.
• Experience with enterprise virtualization on premises and cloud services (VMware vSphere, Hyper-V).
• Experience migrating server estates using structured, low-risk approaches.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure IaaS and hybrid cloud components.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on design and delivery expertise across datacentre, hybrid, and Azure environments.
• Support pre-sales engagements, defining infrastructure scope and technical assurance.
• Lead migration of server estates to Azure and on-premises virtualization.
• Deliver backup and disaster recovery solutions and DR testing.
• Contribute to automation using Terraform and PowerShell.
• Produce technical design documentation and handover materials.
