Job summary

Northamptonshire Children’s Trust is seeking a part-time Business Support Administrator to join the Kinship Assessment Team. Based at Angel Square, Northampton, with three days per week remote work, you will support the Kinship carers and the administration of referrals and assessments.

The role offers a 3-month fixed-term contract with potential extension, a varied workload, and opportunities to contribute to a supportive, purpose-driven service for children and families.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working in a customer-focused setting with confidentiality.
• Familiarity with data protection principles and handling sensitive information.
• Willingness to learn the CHARMS system and processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality administrative support to the Kinship team.
• Coordinate and process documents such as medicals, DBS checks and invoices.
• Manage correspondence and maintain accurate records.
• Adapt to a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
