Job summary

Barbour requires a Systems Support Analyst to join the IT team at the Head Office in South Shields. You will provide 1st/2nd line and desktop support to Barbour employees across multiple sites and locations globally, aiming for first-time fixes and ownership through resolution.

The role features hybrid working with 4 days in the office and 1 day at home, supporting ~1000 endpoints, including Windows, macOS, iOS devices, and M365.

Qualifications

GCSEs with Maths and English at C+ or higher.
ITIL or Microsoft certification desirable.
Hands-on with Windows, macOS, iOS desktop & server OS.
Experience with Active Directory and M365.

Responsibilities

Deliver 1st and 2nd line global IT support across 1000 endpoints.
Build, configure, and support end-user hardware and printers.
Handle network, wireless, and endpoint security troubleshooting.
Conduct basic system administration and license compliance.
Communicate updates/outages and coordinate with vendors.
