ACT Entertainment is seeking a proactive Systems Administrator to support a distributed, facility-based IT environment in Margate. You will own Help Desk escalations and manage Microsoft 365, Azure, endpoint deployment, and network troubleshooting in a hybrid setup.

You will deploy devices, document processes, and contribute to IT projects while collaborating with vendors and internal teams. Applicants should have 4+ years in IT administration, strong communication skills, and experience with

Competenze

• 4+ years in a hands-on IT administrator or infrastructure support role.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration.
• Practical experience with Azure identity, resource management and endpoint policies.
• Ability to troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VPN, firewall basics.
• Experience with endpoint management tools (Intune or equivalent).
• Strong communication to explain technical issues to non-technical staff.
• Experience supporting a manufacturing, distribution, or multi-site environment.
• Exposure to ERP systems or business-critical applications.
• Basic PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Familiarity with ITSM platforms such as FreshServices or ServiceNow.
• Experience working across multiple legal entities under one IT umbrella is a plus.

• Own and resolve Help Desk escalations across hardware, software and connectivity.
• Administer Microsoft 365 and Azure environments including licensing and security policies.
• Manage and troubleshoot network infrastructure including switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi, VPN.
• Deploy, configure and maintain endpoint devices across the organization.
• Document processes and systems to build institutional knowledge.
• Identify opportunities to modernize legacy workflows and propose practical alternatives.
• Partner with vendors to resolve issues and negotiate improvements.
• Support onboarding/offboarding, asset tracking and IT hygiene.
• Contribute to IT projects like tenant migrations and security hardening.
• Cross-train colleagues and help shape IT policies.
