Sacyr UK and Ireland is seeking an IT Support & Administrator in London to support the Central Team across the UK and Ireland.

You will provide first- and second-line user support, maintain IT systems, and contribute to IT projects with a proactive service mindset. The role requires strong Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Intune experience, and excellent communication; hybrid work is available. Occasional travel to sites in the UK and Ireland may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in IT support or IT administrator role.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
• Experience with device management and Intune.
• Fluency in Spanish.

Aufgaben

• Provide timely and effective IT support to users via service desk systems, email, phone, and in person.
• Maintain user accounts, permissions, and security groups across Microsoft 365 and AD.
• Administer endpoints with device-management tools and perform routine checks/patches.
• Support IT onboarding/offboarding and document IT processes.
