Qualifications

• 5-7 years experience as 1st line helpdesk with 2nd level activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support to end users resolving hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure and maintain operating systems and software applications.
• Liaise with external providers (printing, mobile and audio services).
• Participate in IT projects like upgrades, deployments and system improvements.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and physical security in data centre.
