Job summary

Ride Shotgun in Leeds is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join our office-based tech team. You will be the first point of contact for users, handling Apple and Windows issues and onboarding/offboarding via cloud services.

You’ll work in a hybrid setting, support internal systems across sites, maintain security, install software, patching, and help keep our IT environment robust as we grow.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support role.
• Experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
• UK driving licence with own transport.
• Experience with Apple and Windows OS.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for IT support queries.
• Resolve issues on Apple and Windows OS.
• Monitor NAS, Windows servers and networked devices.
• Onboard and offboard users via cloud services.
• Support and maintain security levels.
• Software installation and patching.
