Qualifications

• Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Intune in a production environment.
• Good understanding of Microsoft Entra ID for user management.
• Experience implementing MFA and access control policies.

Responsibilities

• Support and administer Microsoft Intune across multiple devices.
• Troubleshoot Exchange Online mail flow and Microsoft Teams issues.
• Maintain accurate asset records and system documentation.
