Job summary

Focus Group is seeking a technical support professional for a fixed-term role based in Shoreham-by-Sea. The role covers 1st and 2nd line IT support across desktop and cloud technologies, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft 365, Intune and Azure Virtual Desktop.

Qualifications

• Hands-on IT support experience in a similar role.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with ability to diagnose root causes.
• Ability to manage own workload and prioritise in a busy environment.
• Calm, helpful approach and a genuine desire to deliver high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Handle a broad mix of 1st and 2nd line IT support requests for desktop hardware and software.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve issues across Microsoft 365, Intune, AVD and related technologies.
• Communicate clearly with users at all levels of technical confidence.
