Job summary

Focus Group is seeking an IT Solutions Engineer for the Basingstoke area. This role is home-based with 3–4 days per week visiting customers, delivering ICT installations, and providing high-quality technical support.

You will be the go-to expert in networking, servers/storage or cloud, lead projects, conduct site surveys, and document infrastructure to a high standard. Collaborating with account management, service teams and vendors, you will mentor colleagues and drive best practices across the

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an IT support or delivery role.
• Subject matter expert in Networking, Server & storage, or Cloud.
• Ability to design solutions and lead projects.
• Full, valid UK driving licence.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.

• Install and maintain ICT solutions on site or remotely.
• Escalation point for area of expertise.
• Lead and support projects across multiple technologies.
