Job summary

Sizewell C is recruiting an experienced Cyber Operations Manager to oversee day‑to‑day cyber security operations within a highly regulated and safety‑critical environment. You will manage security monitoring, threat detection, vulnerability management, incident response coordination, and operate across Cyber Security, Infrastructure, Digital, OT, and third‑party providers to protect critical systems and data.

This role requires a strong focus on resilience and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cyber security operations in large, regulated organisations.
• Experience managing third‑party cyber security providers and operational service delivery.
• Knowledge of cyber security frameworks such as NIST, ISO27001, CIS, or IEC 62443.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities within high‑pressure environments.
• Solid understanding of SOC processes, SIEM, threat detection, vulnerability management, and cyber hygiene.
