Job summary

Sizewell C is seeking an experienced Security Architect to lead the design and governance of secure technology solutions across the organisation. The role operates in a highly regulated, safety-critical environment, interfacing with Cyber Security, Enterprise Architecture, Engineering, and external suppliers.

You will embed security into systems, infrastructure, cloud platforms, applications, and OT from inception through delivery while balancing security, operations, and business needs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Security Architect or senior cyber security role within large, complex organisations.
• Extensive knowledge of security architecture frameworks, cloud security principles, and IAM/Zero Trust.
• Experience designing secure enterprise and OT environments.
• Knowledge of ISO27001, NIST, CIS, IEC 62443 frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and governance of secure technology solutions across Sizewell C.
• Collaborate with Cyber Security, Enterprise Architecture, Engineering, Infrastructure, Digital and suppliers to define security standards and risk actions.
• Ensure security is embedded across systems, infrastructure, cloud platforms, applications, and OT from inception to delivery.
