Job summary

Real Recruitment is seeking an IT Solutions Sales Account Manager in the UK to drive growth across Data Storage, Cloud and Data Centre solutions. The role combines 3 days in the office with 2 days WFH and offers uncapped commission and a strong benefits package.

You will sell to existing accounts and new customers, promoting the full portfolio while meeting KPIs and building relationships with key partners. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in IT sales and a proven track record of growing revenue.

Qualifications

• 3+ years current IT sales experience in Data Storage, Cloud or Data Centre solutions.
• Proven ability to retain and grow accounts and win net new business.
• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Retain and grow footprint within active accounts.
• Qualify opportunities and win new business with Marketing support.
• Promote Data Centre, Cloud and Security products across the portfolio.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast.
• Hit KPIs and drive revenue growth with distributors and partners.
• Develop strong relationships with key distribution and vendor partners.
