The position demands 2+ years in IT sales or MSP account management, a proven closing ability, and strong communication skills. Hybrid working is offered after probation, with a basic salary of £35,000–£40,000 and 25 days leave.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in IT sales or MSP/technology account management.
• Proven ability to close deals and grow existing accounts.
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and applications.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication; professional networking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring technology solutions align with business objectives.
• Build long-term relationships as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across client organisations.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
• Produce quotations for new and existing accounts and track progress to close.
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure services are delivered as promised.
• Conduct regular account reviews and pursue service improvements.
• Address client concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
• Renew contracts and manage service changes.
• Collaborate with Help Desk and Engineers to ensure customer satisfaction.
