Job summary

Evelyn Partners is seeking a Service Protection Analyst in Glasgow on a 12 Month FTC. You will support governance across Release Management, Service Transition, and CAB to ensure safe, stable live service and compliant change delivery.

The role requires ITIL knowledge, risk assessment, and collaboration across multi-system environments. You will help improve release readiness, track dependencies, and drive optimized service performance while working in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• ITIL knowledge and practice
• Ability to assess risk and support governance decisions
• Experience in multi-system, multi-vendor environments
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills

Responsibilities

• Release Management support: coordinate and execute releases across systems/vendors
• Validate release readiness criteria (testing, rollback, dependencies, documentation) and track risks
• Support structured release cycles and post-release validation/ELS
• Contribute to reducing release-related incidents and rework
• Support onboarding of new services into BAU and ensure readiness (SLAs, documentation, monitoring)
