Job summary

Anphora Ltd in the UK is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead IT and M&A-related projects, delivering clarity, control, and momentum across complex client engagements. You will plan and deliver initiatives from initiation through closure, coordinate cross-functional teams and suppliers, own RAID logs, budgets, and timelines, and report to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing IT or technology projects.
• Strong organisational and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience in M&A, carve-outs, or complex organisational change.
• Comfortable working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Familiarity with waterfall and agile delivery approaches.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver IT projects from initiation through to closure
• Manage post-acquisition IT stabilisation programmes (Day-1 to 90-day horizon)
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams and third-party suppliers
• Own RAID logs, plans, budgets, timelines, and reporting
• Communicate clearly with senior stakeholders and clients
• Support governance, SteerCo reporting, and decision-making
• Ensure deliverables meet agreed scope, quality, and outcomes
