Job summary

Langham Recruitment is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager in Doncaster to lead multiple IT initiatives across locations. You will drive projects from initiation through delivery, coordinating stakeholders and suppliers to meet time, budget, and quality objectives.

You will manage governance, reporting, and risk processes while supporting change activities to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering multiple IT projects in a commercial environment.
• Strong stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience across multi-site organisations.
• Knowledge of change management and impact on dispersed teams.
• Capable of producing and managing project plans from roadmap to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple IT projects through full lifecycle across locations.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, and documentation.
• Lead governance activities: steering groups, reviews, and stakeholder updates.
• Provide timely reporting to Senior Project Manager and Head of Project Delivery.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party suppliers to achieve objectives.
• Ensure projects stay on time, budget, and quality standards.
• Support business change activities to ensure adoption of new systems.
