Job summary

P3M Recruitment is seeking an experienced IT Project Coordinator to join a leading IT Project Management services provider on a permanent, full-time basis. The role is hybrid, with three days per week on client sites around Warrington and Manchester and two days from home.

You will coordinate project scheduling, maintain trackers, liaise with clients and contractors, raise payment requests, and support the project team to keep activities on track in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating or supporting IT projects.
• UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Willing to work in a hybrid model across Warrington and Manchester areas.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project scheduling across multiple sites, including site bookings and amendments.
• Create and maintain trackers to monitor progress across sites.
• Liaise with clients, contractors and stakeholders, providing updates and resolving queries.
• Raise payment requests and manage orders; ensure timely payments upon completion.
• Assist with the collation and issue of PCI information to third-party contractors.
• Maintain Asset Management information and ensure systems are up to date.
• Monitor contractor qualifications and ensure documentation is current.
• Support project coordination and administrative tasks to keep delivery on track.
• Ensure project laptops receive required security updates.
