Job summary

P3M Recruitment is seeking an experienced IT Project Coordinator to join a leading IT Project Management services provider in Warrington/Manchester. This permanent role offers a hybrid arrangement with three days onsite and two days at home.

You will support delivery of fast-paced, multi-site projects, liaising with clients and contractors, maintaining trackers, coordinating scheduling, payments, PCI information, and asset records to keep programs on track.

Qualifications

• Experience in supporting or coordinating technical IT projects.
• UK driving licence and right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project scheduling, including site bookings, cancellations and amendments.
• Create and maintain trackers to monitor progress across multiple sites.
• Liaise with clients, contractors and stakeholders, providing updates and resolving queries.
• Raise payment requests and manage orders to ensure timely contractor payments.
• Assist with the collation and issue of PCI to third-party contractors.
• Accurately collect Asset Management information and keep systems up to date.
• Monitor contractor qualifications and ensure documentation remains current.
• Provide project coordination and admin support to keep delivery on track.
