Job summary
P3M Recruitment, on behalf of our client, seeks an IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end software and infrastructure projects with hybrid working. Projects are regional, with varying on-site presence and flexible arrangements to support timely delivery.
You will manage ERP/CRM implementations, data migrations, testing and go-lives, ensuring projects meet scope, time and budget expectations while engaging stakeholders and vendors.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of IT Project Manager experience delivering complex software solutions.
- Experience in ERP/CRM implementations, data migration and integrations.
- Proven ability to manage scope, plans, budgets and risks with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Jira, MS Project Online and DevOps tooling.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery approaches.
Responsibilities
- Deliver ERP, CRM and enterprise software projects end-to-end.
- Oversee enterprise infrastructure implementations end-to-end.
- Define scope, plans and milestones across multi-disciplinary teams.
- Lead implementation, configuration, customization and integrations.
- Oversee data migration, cutover and validation activity.
- Manage vendors, suppliers and technical teams.
- Run governance, RAID management and progress reporting.
- Support business change and user adoption.
- Budget tracking and cost control.
