Job summary

LGBT Great is hiring an IT Operations Engineer to join the IT Operations team in a hybrid role across multiple UK offices, including Amersham. The role supports and develops IT systems, including Windows servers, Azure and Microsoft 365 services, with some travel to other national offices.

You will troubleshoot network issues, deploy software, manage backups and DR, and contribute to IT strategy and security best practices in a growing global organisation.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Azure services.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange and SharePoint admin tasks.
• Networking fundamentals and security awareness (Cyber Essentials+).
• ITIL Foundation knowledge preferred.
• Effective communication with diverse teams is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide 3rd line user support across multiple UK offices.
• Collaborate with software teams to deploy and maintain IT infrastructure.
• Administer servers, networking, Azure and 365 services.
• Manage multiple environments (Production, Development).
• Implement backup, disaster recovery, and security measures.
