AFH Wealth Management in Bromsgrove is seeking an IT Infrastructure & Communications Specialist on a 12 Month FTC. This full-time role offers hybrid working at our Bromsgrove Head Office and a competitive salary and benefits package.

You will support day-to-day IT infrastructure and communications services, including Azure networks, WAN, unified communications, telephony platforms, mobile device management, and related cloud services, with a focus on BAU and group projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supporting IT infrastructure, networks, and communications in an enterprise environment.
• Hands-on experience with cloud hosted telephony and unified communications platforms.
• Good understanding of LAN, WAN, IPv4 networking, routing and subnets.
• Experience providing remote and onsite technical support.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Microsoft 365 or Azure (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Support core IT infrastructure including servers, networks, cloud services, endpoints, and identity platforms.
• Provide remote and on-site technical support to resolve infrastructure incidents and requests.
• Assist with office moves, site changes, and acquisitions, including infrastructure setup.
• Support telecommunications systems including cloud hosted telephony and unified communications.
• Manage cloud-based services for mobile and endpoint management (Intune/AirWatch).
• Maintain documentation for LAN/WAN/MPLS and telecommunications services.
• Update case tracking systems and project documentation to a high standard.
