Job summary

Manpower (United Kingdom) is hiring for a Technical Support Help Desk role in Havant, Hampshire. You will be the first point of contact, resolving IT issues across Microsoft 365, desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.

The role involves logging and prioritising tickets, meeting SLAs, and escalating to Desktop or Infrastructure teams as required. The position emphasizes excellent communication, customer service, and proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and customer-facing skills.
• Experience in a Service Desk or first-line support.
• Familiar with ticketing systems and SLAs.
• Comfortable with MS Office and Windows 11.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for IT support requests via phone, email, chat and tickets.
• Log, categorise, prioritise and manage tickets per SLAs.
• Troubleshoot first-line issues and escalate when needed.
• Participate in training and continuously improve technical knowledge.
